Dependable and reliable.... I would hire hem whenever i had a plumbing need- he's the best

We are so fortunate to have a great plumber in Cloverdale. Tommy is my go to guy for all plumbing needs. He has repaired faucets, toilets, replaced water heater and disposal, fixed broken piping in the yard, remodelled master bath with new marble tiled shower. Tommy can do it all, and is straight-forward, honest, and his supply and labor charges are very fair.

He’s a straight shooter – no bull or overcharges. He’s a super clean perfectionist, even with the dirtiest of jobs. When Tommy told us he had expanded into bathroom remodels, I was inclined to roll my eyes. But his portfolio looked good, the price was right, so I took a chance and – wow! - the guy has excellent taste and design talent and can do it all: texture and materials selection, tiling, granite, full installation, the works. Best of all, Tommy always stands by his work. If there’s some little issue after the job is done, he always makes things right. Highly recommended!

Tommy was recommended on a Neighborhood group site for Cloverdale. He showed up on time and did a good job re-plumbing some pipes for replacement of a water softener unit. He was knowledgeable and fun to work with. Pricing was fair and honest!! Will use him again when I need additional work done

We are glad we chose Tommy to repair the slab leak in our home. He came over and started repairs right away, did temp. repairs so we had hot and cold water in 1 room while repairs were being completed. He is a hard worker and his prices are fair. Thanks Tommy for a good job....

Tommy just installed a new tankless water heater in our home. He used his incredible expertise to get us exactly the right product. He did a magnificent job of installing it. He finished the job quickly and under estimate. He laid out all of the options, and let us know what the difficulties in installation might be. He gave us an estimate of the total cost, and then charged us way less than the estimate because the installation was easier than he thought. He is a man of incredible expertise and integrity.

We have called on Tommy twice now to work on our home. He has now installed several faucets, a toilet, garbage disposal, water heater, water pressure pump and head pressure system, and replaced about 50 feet of water main underground with a re-route of the old line in the garage. Everything he has done works and looks great. Did it quickly and his price was very reasonable! His experience and knowledge are refreshing and he will tell you his opinion of what he thinks about a job, not just do what you say and waste your money. I will call on Tommy anytime I want a job done right! Very Professional!

We have been pleased with Tommy's services, particularly his ability to think "outside the box". We had an under-sink water purifying system that persistently leaked when we filled our water bottles and resisted all attempts to fix it. Tommy came up with a quick shortcut, and we've had no problems since.

Tommy recently repaired a leak in my toilet. It was leaking under my vinyl flooring. He put in a new floor in the same bathroom. I now have a wonderful travertine tile floor. The workmanship is the best. I have used him for any plumbing needs in the past. He is prompt, reliable & fair.

My pipes had been screaming for a while. I tried everything except calling Tom. He diagnosed it in no time at all and fixed it promptly. He explained the issue- and other problems caused by the faulty pressure regulator including a water hammer. He left and so did the problems!

Tom did another great job for us. While on vacation we had a leak in our toilet and upon arriving home found our master bath area flooded. Called Tom and he immediately came over to see what the problem was. He fixed the toilet and told us what needed to be done to correct the other problems created by the leak. He suggested putting tile in that area instead of carpet. The bathroom looks great and his workmanship was excellent. Would not hesitate to call him again.

MASTER PIECE: Tommy was recommended to me by Cloverdale Heating and Air Conditioning when a leak under my home was discovered. What I had hoped would be an easy fix under the house turned into what had been years of leaking in multiple areas of the room. Tommy dissected and showed me where the leaks were and what needed to happen to repair, replace and bring the entire room up to current code. I now believe this room to be the most structurally sound room in the entire house. As I am a novice and have never been involved in any remodel or repair of this extent I felt at a loss and ready to turn the project over to Tommy to deal with. He gave me options and ideas, pointing me in the right direction. I feel quite pleased with myself for the beautiful room that we created together. Thank you Tommy for the mentoring and coaching you extended to me.

I first called Tommy for my work, a clogged toilet in the boy's bathroom of the Boys & Girls Club (you can only imagine the fun things little boys try to flush). Tommy was amazing. He came out within 30 minutes cleared our clog and noticed the toilet was actually broken/leaking and needed to be replaced. I purchased a new toilet and later that week Tommy came out to set the new toilet FOR FREE! He has graciously offered to donate his labor to any plumbing needs of the Boys & Girls Club. It always wonderful to find a local business that supports its community's youth. -From all of us at the Boys & Girls Club, thank you Countryside Plumbing Due to the great customer service and his straightforward approach I called Tommy for a few plumbing fixes in my own home. He was able to run a new gas line for my stove, install a laundry sink in my garage (which is more involved than one might think), fix my garbage disposal, stop a persistent toilet leak, AND tile a bathroom floor. Whew! How awesome it was to not have to coordinate 3 different contractors for all that work. He came in talked me through each job, pulled the permit, and stayed under budget. Working with Tommy was the easiest, most stress-free home repair I've ever experienced.

"More Than A Plumber" - After a pipe burst in a bathroom wall, we were calling for immediate help and we were extremely fortunate to contact Tommy. He came out to our home immediately and repaired the burst pipe and much to our surprise was available and able to replace and texture the damaged drywall. Tommy was also able to repair some other plumbing needs while on the job and his overall "construction expertise" is endless. Needless to say we were very pleased with all of his work and would not hesitate to use his services again.

We have been in our new house for about a year. The toilet in the guest bathroom needed to be reset and being a “handy” kind of guy I decided to do it. Of course it was right before Thanksgiving and a house full of guests. Long and short of it……………I’m not as handy as I thought and ran into a bigger problem. Randomly called Tommy after finding his ad in the phone book. He was willing to talk me through my situation over the phone. He shows up fifteen minutes later and says “here is what to do, or I can knock it out for you right now”. Easy choice………….. Twenty minutes later it’s as good as new. Although I paid him for his services (a very fair price as well) I feel like he did me a favor. That is rare in the service industry these days. It is nice to know that there are guys like Tommy out there that really help people and happen to be able to make a living doing it. I would highly recommend Tommy, he knows what he’s doing, is a true professional and a straight shooter.

Tommy completed a lot of work for us this spring/summer, fixing bathroom tiling/leaks, installing on-demand, reworking shoddy vents and pipes placed by unscrupulous contractors. He's prompt, thorough, explains himself, gives you the option to buy rather than pay his markup...His portable garage has everything he needs. He's definitely on your side. You'll pay a very fair price for great work. He's on our go-to list. We're lucky to have him here in Cloverdale.

On August 9, 2012, Tom Brunelle furnished and installed a new water heater for us. We were certainly impressed with Tom's work. He furnished all new piping and shut-offs. Hel also brought our water heater up-to-code by changing the overflow pipe so that it would drain outside the garage instead of emptying on the garage floor. All of this work was done in one visit, and Tom's work was certainly up to professional standards. He completed the whole job at below the estimate and then gave us a senior discount as well. Tom Brunelle is highly recommended by us as an honest plumber who clearly knows his trade and who pays attention to details such as the code requirements. This job required a permit from the City of Cloverdale, and the inspector approved the job with the comment: "Tom does really good work."

The pilot light on our water heater would not stay on. We were without hot water for 2 days. We called Tom and he was there within an hour. He had to go into Santa Rosa to get the part and despite taking much longer than he predicted, he stuck to his original quote - saying that it was a matter of honor. In addition to fixing our water heater he spent time talking to me about the options we had when the water heater would need to be replaced. He also spent time helping me unclog the soap dispensers in my kitchen sinks. He was honest, straight forward and knowledgeable. Best of all I now have hot water. Thanks Tommy

I hired Tom Brunelle to fix a leak in our tub - we had talked to another plumber and they were going to charge us $1000 but Tom came in and talked to us about the plumbing issue and fixed it for under $100 - thanks Tom for being honest with us about our problem!
